ALL but not limited to; parts, services, tuning, consultation, fabrication etc executed by xiiimotorsports is intended ONLY for vehicles intended for a closed course.
2. Any damage, injury or loss caused by or suspected to be caused by xiiimotorsports is the responsibility of the vehicle owner. The vehicle owner agrees not to hold xiiimotorsports responsible for any damages or loss under any circumstance.
3. Any warranties are subject to the parts manufactures policies. xiiimotorsports does not provide additional warranty for any parts or service.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by XIIIMotorsports and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
